These are the modular carpet tiles that many of the Fortune 500 companies use. They look great, and last much longer than regular wall to wall broadloom carpeting. Regular wall to wall carpet will over time unravel at the seams, delaminate, and wear in heavy traffic areas... These commercial carpet tiles are so much stronger than regular carpet - but if you do happen to somehow destroy one, just pop it out and put in a new one! We recommend ordering extra tiles for the rare times when you may need them.
